Well, folks, it sure looks like it's that time of year again.
The time when we look, eyes bloodshot and cheeks unshaven, into the mirror and realise we have yet again failed to achieve even a tenth of the things we were hoping for in the previous year, nay ALL the previous years beforehand. So, stricken with horror we instead back away from this gruesome visage and decide that, rather than making some fundamental changes in our lives, we're instead going to make a list of our favourite movies that we've seen that year.
So, without further ado, kick back, light up your pipe and put the kids to bed - it's time for the 'All of Whine and Space' boys to come together to compare their top ten lists and work out just how highly they placed 'Dark Shadows'!
Film Review of 2012
All that remains to be said is a massive thanks to all of our listeners for making 2012 such a successful year for the podcast-we are extremely grateful that you take the time to listen to us :)

WHINECAST - Doctor Who - 'The Snowmen'
Well hi!
A bit later than last year, we present our review of the latest episode of Who, the delightful Christmas special 'The Snowmen'.
There's a lot to like about the new special, with thrill, chills (get it?) and laughs aplenty. Of course, we also have the introduction of the now legendary JLC, who deploys her manga eyes to devastating effect in this episode.
Let's get to it!

Christmas Special - 'Die Hard' commentary
HO! HO! HO?
Yes, the season of tidying is upon us and as a result, we at 'All of Whine and Space' decided that we wanted to give something back to the world this Christmas. Something unplanned, unexpected, un...necessary?
Well, whatever the reason, we decided that the best way for WHINECAST to celebrate Santa's resurrection was with one of our patented film commentaries, this time for the perennial family favourite 'DIE HARD'.
So, don your muticoloured vest, slip off your shoes and get ready to piss off some Gerries- it's time to Die! Hard.
Die Hard Commentary
WARNING- The Christmas period may involve you developing strong feelings of general dislike for your family and possibly all of humanity

The Lost Rewatch Podcast #70 'Through the Looking Glass'
Boys and gals, it's hard to believe that we're finally here, but it's true. That's right, we've finally pimped up to the Season 3 finale of Lost- 'Through the Looking Glass'!
This episode has many interesting and discussion worthy topics, but it will naturally always be remembered as the episode that introduced the Flash forwards to the show and effectively changed the whole course of the series, setting out the stall for the final three seasons of the show.
Let's get to it!
Though the Looking Glass Commentary
All that remains to be said is a sincere THANK YOU to all the folks who've stuck with us so far. We're immensely grateful and please remember, the best is yet to come!
WARNING- This episode may feature a really high quality beard adorning Mattie Fox's face.

BlogalongaBond - 'Diamonds Are Forever'
Well chaps, everything that has a beginning has an end and in this instance that means that for All of Whine and Space, BlogalongaBond is finally coming to an end with the very film that set us off on this ridiculous journey all those months ago- the arguably rubbish/fantastic 'Diamonds Are Forever'.
For our final entry we've got cross dressing Blofelds, out of shape Connery's and a gay Dr.Robotnik. After all the madness that this project has brought, it seems fitting that we should end on a film of such frequent insanity.
All that remains to be said is that we at WHINECAST would like to sincerely thank everyone who's listened to these commentaries throughout the last year. We've had a genuine blast doing them, but it's been all the sweeter knowing that people have been listening and enjoying them. Additionally, big thanks go out to The Incredible Suit who really gave us a project that has tested us in all the right ways.
Enough o' this jibber jabba- let's get to it!

The Lost Rewatch Podcast #69 'Greatest Hits'
Aloha, Losties!
Well, this week it looks like it's time for old Charlie Hieroglyphic Pace to meet his maker...or is it?
(no, that's next week)
BUT, despite the lack of death, we do get to enjoy some of that old school aquatic drama, so take a deep breath, make sure your Vans are on tight and whack a scotsman because it's time to go down, down, deeper and down!

Now then, now then!
It's time for our penultimate BlogalongaBond entry and BOY, do we have a treat for you! Yes, it's finally time for us to deal with the Connery that both of us have less than love towards. It's the blue wonder. The aquatic delight. Yes. It's THUNDERBALL!
Pull on your respirator, check your O2 and try not to pass out from boredom as we get down and dirty with a truly divisive Bond!

The Lost Rewatch Podcast #68 'The Man Behind the Curtain'
Holy mandibles, this is a darn tasty episode we have ahead of us this week!
We're fast coming up to the end of Season 3 and what better way to fire the starter's pistol than with the show's first ever Ben-centric episode-and, by golly, it's a good one! But, of course, despite having some fantastic elements, this episode is now somewhat notorious for introducing some aspects of Jacob's depiction that sit uneasily (to say the least) with the way the character is later presented.
So, extinguish your lamps, get in your rocking chair and admire your jars full of red liquid, because we're about to see 'The Man Behind the Curtain'!
The Man Behind the Curtain Commentary
WARNING- This episode may feature Ben doing things which make no sense in light of his comments in later episodes

BlogalongaBond- 'Goldfinger'
And we're back!
'All of Whine and Space' are continuing our mission to complete commentaries for every last one of Jimmy Bond's adventures. The new Daniel Craig film, 'PipeHole', may have been out for a few weeks now, but that doesn't mean our passion for putting this bitch in the ground is any less.
This week, we're looking at the third 007 epic, the definitive 'GOLDFINGER'. This is the film that sets out the stall for how the Bond films are going to be devised forever more, so you can bet your bollocks that we give discussing it our all!
Goldfinger Commentary
We'll be back with you next Thursday for the penultimate entry in our Bond journey, the divisive and extremely blue 'THUNDERBOLT'.

The Lost Rewatch Podcast #67 - 'The Brig'
Losties! We're back this week with a true cracker of an episode, one of season 3's outstanding hits-yes, it's 'The Brig'! Aside from it being Locke-centric, which almost guarantees quality, this episode marks the first time the show does a traditionally structured flashback that takes place on island, with rather lovely results!
So, prepare to be Locke-d up in a jungle and garrotted by a sweaty southerner!
LET'S GET TO IT!

The Lost Rewatch Podcast #66 'D.O.C'
Bonjour, Losties!
We return this week with our commentary for the Sun centric 'D.O.C'! Fans of the podcast will know that Sun/Jin centrics aren't generally our favourites, however, we make sure we give this chap a fair going over, as we like to think of ourselves as boys concerned with fairness, equality and getting bloody preggers whilst stuck on an island.
We hope you enjoy!

So, this week, the losties are doing something that's brand new to them this week, something they've never ever done before-that's right, they're going camping!
In addition to that, we've got old Desmondo in a nice existential crisis over whether to let poor Charlie bite the arrow and of course, the arrival of a certain Mancunian to the island!
We hope you enjoy the discussion, because things are certainly hotting up for the losties AND for the podcast!

BlogalongaBond - 'Skyfall'
Well than, guys and gals- after a simply tremendous wait and a whole host of commentaries, we finally find ourselves ready to deliver our slightly belated 'Skyfall' review!
We were hoping to get this bad boy out on the day of the release, but sadly one of us was sick over the weekend, but ultimately that's allowed us to see the film a second time and really think about our response to Jimmy Bond's latest adventure!
Skyfall Review
Many, many thanks to all those who've stuck with us throughout the BlogalongaBond project-it's been a hell of an experience and one we'll never forget!
Also, don't forget that we have several of our never before released Connery commentaries ready to drop in the next few weeks, so keep checking back for our final word on the hairy chested one.
So, thanks once again and we look forward to chatting to you about Bond 24!
With pleasure,
Bill and Chris

The Lost Rewatch Podcast #60 'Par Avion'
Hello there, Losties!
This week's episode marks a historic turning point in the Lost Rewatch Podcast as it is with 'Par Avion' that we actually reach the halfway point of the show! I know, crazy right?
Well, we don't rest on our laurels for too long, because we both have the tricky task of becoming ornithologists to make sure we have all the facts when Claire goes BIRD CRAZY!!!
Additionally, we've got some crackin' stuff with Mikhail's troupe of smugness and of course, Christian Shepherd turns up to prove, if there was any doubt, that you can't keep a playa down.
Par Avion Commentary
WARNING- This episode may feature Christian Shepherd deciding to get a 'PLAYA' tattoo on his torso, but changing his mind when he accidentally meets Claire
ONE MORE THING- Just a quick note to say that we apologise if the sound quality of this week's episode is lower than we usually produce. We were trying out some new equipment and will be back to our usual quality level next week. Many thanks for your patience!

The Lost Rewatch Podcast #58 'Tricia Tanaka is Dead'
Welcome back, LOST fans!
This week, we return with an interesting episode, in the sense that it seems to provoke rather different reactions from the fanbase. Some feel like it's a funtime romp, a return to a lighter, Season one style show, with cheeky Hurley lighting up the screens AND OUR HEARTS. However, others feel this is a stop gap episode, one to hold us over until the main plot kicks back into action, and an episode that isn't even the most entertaining stopgap.
Alas, we fall into the latter category, so join us as we try our best to find the good in what is, for us, possibly Lost's TRUE least enjoyable episode.
Tricia Tanaka is Dead Commentary
WARNING- This episode may feature Sun refusing to speak Korean to Jin, presumably with the intention of driving him mad through loneliness and frustration. Luckily, he don't have a history of violence or nuthin'- Oh, wait....

The Lost Rewatch Podcast #57 'Stranger in a Strange Land'
Wahey!
We've got what can only be described as a CLASSIC episode this week, more in the sense that this little bugger is divisive as hell and arguably contains all the flaws of Lost at its worst. That being said, we both have a little bit of a soft spot for this this episode, so let's go to Thailand, sleep with a hooker and then maybe contract something by having an un-sanitised tattoo!

So, listen in to this week's bumper edition of the Lost Rewatch Podcast and prepare to have your mind, if not blown, definitely displaced.

Some people say this episode is Not Important, but we say- 'Hell no! It's Not in Portland!'.
Ahem. That's right, this week we discuss Lost's return from a 13 week hiatus with the first ever Juliet flashback, an episode that we both agree is a classic and one that sets us up fantastically for the meat of Season!
We hope you have a lot of fun listening!

WARNING- This episode may or may not contain Jacob being totally cool with assassinating people he doesn't give a shit about

Hooray!
Earlier than advertised, it's our podcast commentary for the Pierce 'Brozza' Brosnan epic 'DIE ANOTHER DAY'!
Let's be honest, each and every BlogalongaBond has been its own little bundle of joy, but by GOLLY, we've been looking forward to doing this one. Prepare yourself for an absolute shitstorm of good and bad elements flying at you at gale force speeds, because your life is never going to be the same again!
Make sure you stick around for the last twenty minutes for our LIFE CHANGING summation of Brozzer's legacy and identify him as possibly the world's most famous patsy since the guy who possibly shot JFK, Leonard Henry Osmund.
Die Another Day Commentary
You can follow the both of us on Twitter at @ChrisSykes108 and @billowl.
You can listen to our work on both iTunes, Stitcher and Podcastland by searching 'All of Whine and Space'. If you would like to leave us a review (hopefully 5 stars) on iTunes or Stitcher, we would be truly grateful.

The Lost Rewatch Podcast- 'I Do'
I do, do you?
That's the question on EVERYONE's lips this week as we get down and dirty with the Kate centric 'I Do'. We talk fugitives and stick carvings to the max this week AND we manage to get through the whole thing without making any disturbing chauvinistic remarks about sexy cage sex with Kate, which is quite an accomplishment under the circumstances.
We had a ROCKIN' time recording this week's episode, so we hope you enjoy the hell out of it!
I Do Commentary
WARNING- This episode may feature Kate having unprotected sex with a man that she KNOWS has contracted at least one STI from sleeping with PROSTITUTES, something he habitually does despite being A) physically good looking and B) so charming that he regularly persuades people to entrust him with thousands of their hard earned dollars. Good one, Kate.

The Lost Rewatch Podcast- 'The Cost of Living'
Rightio!
We have a hardcore discussion for you this week as we get to grips with the Eko centric 'The Cost of Living', famous for being the episode which killed off fan favourite Mr.Eko long before his time. But, given that the writer's are forced in killing off Eko, how do they manage with this unenviable task?
So, get comfy as we attempt to address such lingering questions as why Adewale left the show, what would have happened if he'd stayed and, of course, how do we rationalise the actions of 'The Monster' in the context of the whole show?
The Cost of Living Commentary
We hope you enjoy!

The Lost Rewatch Podcast - 'Every Man For Himself'
The Lost Rewatch Podcast returns this week with our discussion of the Sawyer centric 'Every Man For Himself'.
It's a bloody solid episode this week and the last centric we'll get for old reliable Mister Ford for some time, so listen in as we discuss the evolving characters, season and of course, runways. Because what island is complete without a runway?
Every Man For Himself Commentary
We hope you enjoy this bad boy!

The Lost Rewatch Podcast - 'Further Instructions'
Aha! Seems like this week we're gonna have a nice meaty episode to get our teeth into.
On the surface, 'Further Instructions' might seem quite low key -a non-revelatory flashback, a monster of the week style mission, but underneath there's a ton of stuff going on in this episode that raises interesting questions for the whole show-so listen in we light up some Dharma leaf and get schmokin'!
Further Instructions Commentary
WARNING- This episode may feature a polar bear not just ripping Eko to shreds as it probably would

BlogalongaPotter- 'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows-Part Two'
Goodness gracious!
Well, after hours and hours of chitchat, in-jokes, factoids, opinions and indirect Twitter come ons, the grand beauty that is BlogalongaPotter comes crashing to an end. We've actually had this bad boy in the bag for quite some time, but gosh darn it, July has ended up being such a busy month for 'All of Whine and Space' that this is the first chance we've had to let the finale of Potter stand tall.
So here we are, the big finale and, to celebrate the occasion, we've brought back the devilishly handsome AND charming @roguevox to bring home the bacon with us-ONE LAST TIME.
The Deathly Hallows Part 2 Commentary
Finally, before we put the project to bed, we'd like to say that we're extremely grateful to the various folk who've supported us throughout the journey. But more than anyone, we of course want to thank the various fools from Twitter, who we somehow managed to dupe into listening to a couple of nincompoops bang on about everyone's favourite boy wizard for more hours than we care to think about.
Many thanks to you all!

Will it rise, like a well made pie OR will it deflate like a badly made...pie. Find out within!

BlogalongaBond- 'The World Is Not Enough'
It's hard to believe that we've got to this stage, but the BlogalongaBond project is all the way to Bond 19! It's a bit of an oddity of a film this month, so listen in as we try our best to put our fingers on why a movie full to the brim with interesting elements doesn't QUITE work!

This week, we're retospectively reviewing 2008's 'The Dark Knight' and finding that it has aged like a fine wine, with a side helping of Shit Sandwich (TM).

The Lost Rewatch Podcast Will Return
Oh, hi there!
It's true! After our short break at the end of Season 2, the unstoppable juggernaut that is the Lost Rewatch Podcast will soon be returning to your airwaves. Why the break? Well, firstly, we have both been incredibly busy the past month or two. But, second (and more importantly) we're both committed to keeping the quality of the LRP as high as possible, so we decided to take an unusual step.
We both feel like our recall of the show is pretty darn good, but, in order to maintain our current level of quality, we wanted to make sure that we didn't just have the episodes of the week fresh in our minds, but that we had the entire show available in recent memory.
So, what with the end of Season 2, we decided that would be a natural point to have a short break and essentially try and get ALL of Season 3 re-watched over a few weeks before we even began recording for it. We're almost there and we're now days away from recording our first Season 3 commentary.
So, stick around, because we've got some fantastic and terrible episodes coming up, so the discussion is going to be bloomin' hardcore! We'll be back on Monday July 2nd, so, until then-
Namaste- and good luck!

The Lost Rewatch Podcast- 'Live Together, Die Alone'
Well bloody bloomin' buggery!
Would you believe it?!
I'll eat my hat!
Yes, it's true. After a thoroughly wonderful few months, the Lost Rewatch Podcast has finally reached the end of season 2. Holy smokes, it's been an eventful season. We've had super episodes, we've had mediocre episodes, we've had SOS. But now, undeniably, here we are, at the very end of the show's second season, about to take a leap into the unknown with the game changing season 3.
Here's a few things to bear in mind- this episode is a double lengther, as you would expect from the finale, but we actually find so much to chat about that we rather go on for a bit after the episode has ended. Also, this is the first episode we're recording in our new digs, so please excuse us if there are any teething difficulties with audio.
Finally, much like with season 1, we're going to be taking a short break after season 2, maybe just of a week, just to recharge our batteries and make sure we're bringing our A-game to season 3. Finally, we both want to say a massive heartfelt thanks to you guys for sticking with us all this way. The podcast is a real labour of love for us, but it wouldn't be half the fun if we didn't have you guys tuning in.

After a little absence, our cheeky movie review is back!
This week, we're of course discussing the eagerly awaited 'Prometheus' from director Ripley Scotch and screenwriter Danny Lindeman.

One final thing to mention-this is an in-depth review for people who have already seen the flick, so be prepared, we discuss things in a frank and spoilerific manner right from the get go-you have been warned!

The Lost Rewatch Podcast #47 - 'Three Minutes'
After a week of relative inactivity from 'All of Whine and Space' we return, much like Buffy digging herself out of her grave, with another BLISTERON entry of the Lost Rewatch Podcast.
This week, we discuss the much anticipated Michael centric-'Three Minutes', which surprised everyone by being closer to 42 minutes long.
Enjoy!

WARNING-This episode may feature the Others presenting Michael with a Shit Sandwich (TM)
Oh-one more thing-anyone listening to this podcast will likely be aware of the interesting interview that Damon Lindelof conducted this week for the promotion of Prometheus, in which he was extensively quizzed about his feelings regarding Lost's conclusion and whether the divisive nature of the finale often leads him to consider suicide. However, this edition of the podcast was actually recorded about a month previously, so we won't be acknowledging this scintillating development-BUT, fear not, we're going to be recording the finale in the next few days, so no doubt we'll discuss that motherhubbard around then.

Rather later than advertised, considering our passion for this movie, we're finally back with our audio commentary for the delightfully interesting 'GoldenPie', a hugely important movie for the franchise- a reemergence from the mires of legal battles, the changing of the guard behind the camera, the fall of commie-nism and of course, the introduction of the man, the myth, the slick quipster that is Pierce 'Brosnan' Brosnan. We really rolled our sleeves up and got our hands dirty for this this one, so we hope it was worth the wait for you!

Happy weekend everybody!
After our review of 'The Scavengers' last week, we're back with our new podcast all about Timmy Burton's latest effort 'Dark Shadows'. It's new territory for Burton as he's working with little known actor Jonathan 'Jimmy' Depp and his new bride, Eva Green.
Only mild, mild spoilers ahead, so sit back and enjoy the HELLZ out of the review!

The Lost Rewatch Podcast #44 'SOS'
Ladies and gentlemen!
We've ALL been looking forward to THIS one! Coming in on the tail end of Season two, Lost has, up to this point, offered us mystery, suspense, drama, intrigue and oh so much more. But it has yet to offer us an episode about a man building a sign from some rocks.
What many consider to be the low point of season two is here, so strap yourself in and get ready to see whether we can find anything of merit in the much maligned 'SOS'.
http://allofwhineandspace.blogspot.co.uk/2012/05/lost-rewatch-podcast-44-sos.html
We had a cracker of a time this week, so we hope you'll enjoy listening as much as we did recording!
WARNING- This episode may involve Rose cutting off her supposedly beloved husband's balls right in front of the camp.

WHINECAST- 'The Avengers'
It's time for a shake up at 'All of Whine and Space' and that shake up is coming in the form of WHINECAST changing shape slightly-into the form of a weekly discussion about the most noteworthy film released in the cinema each week.
We're kicking off our new format with our review of 'The Avengers'. Much like the rest of the universe, we rather enjoyed it!

Life is a roller coaster, ladies and gents and that means when we have ups there must also be downs. That's why last week's wonderful 'Lockdown' is followed by the substantially more average 'Dave'. However, don't despair-as whilst this might not be the best Lost episode we've ever seen, it's a bloody good podcast, so we hope you enjoy thus mother lover right to the hilt!

The lovely, sultry weekend is here, but it's time to put down your drinks and giggles because this week the two of us are turning our minds to the unexpected topic of Alan Davies' recent comments about the Hillsborough disaster. Do we agree with him? Disagree with him? Fancy him? There's only one way to find out and that's by listening to the podcast...or, if you see us on the street, directly asking us.

The Lost Rewatch Podcast #39 'One of Them'
Good evening, Lost fans!
We're back this week with a genuine cracker of an episode-the Sayid-centric 'One of Them'. Of course, in retrospect, this episode will only be remembered for one thing and that's for introducing us to the Michael Emerson drinking game.
So, pull up a pew and get the emergency room on speed dial-we've got a tree frog to catch!

The Lost Rewatch Podcast #38 'The Long Con'
We're back this week with one of the strongest standalone episodes of season 2, the Sawyer-centric 'The Long Con'. This week sees the return of The Phantom Menace to cinema screens, this time in post converted 3D. Will it look delightful? Will it look horrendous? Well, we don't know, because we haven't seen it yet. But what we HAVE done recently is sat down together and watched The Phantom Menace on the old Blu-Ray.
We plonked ourselves down in comfy chairs and discussed what may be the most controversial film of all time. We looked back on 1999, the delightful summer when the anticipation for Episode I was at a fever pitch and when, for many fans, the rug was pulled out from under them and their view of a beloved franchise was changed forever.
So, strap yourself in, pull back on that weird lever thing, click on the below link and watch the stars turn into lines as we're about to podcast the hell out of The Phantom Menace!

You can listen to our work on both iTunes, Stitcher and Podcastland by searching 'All of Whine and Space'. If you would like to leave us a review (hopefully 5 stars) on iTunes or Stitcher, we would be truly grateful.
One more thing! Throughout this commentary, we repeatedly reference the infamous Red Letter Media review of Episode I that can be found on YouTube. As we bring it up in conversation so often, we felt that we'd simply be being right bastards if we didn't point people in the direction of Mr. Plinkett's fantastic and hilarious prequel trilogy reviews.
